Downtown Tampa Continues GrowthNick Strite
The Tampa Bay Business Journal recently reported about a vacant lot in downtown Tampa and the plans to build a new 53-floor building in its place. The developer of Riverwalk Tower has filed plans to place a modular sales center on the vacant lot. The building, while not the skyscraper initially wanted, will lead the way for future developments.
The building will have ground floor restaurant retail space, seven stories of parking, 14 stories of office space and 31 stories of luxury residential units. The penthouses are set for technically 2 stories putting the building at a total of 53 stories.
The center is slated to open by October or November 2017. No pricing for the condos has been announced.
